What is Abilynx?
Abilynx is a services company delivering value to companies by leveraging a differently abled workforce. Individuals with certain physical or mental conditions such as Physical Impairments, Blindness, Epilepsy, Autism, Multiple Sclerosis, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and similar conditions are significantly limited from seeking employment and contributing to society. Abilynx works with Multi-National and SMB companies where we can provide these differently abled indivulals opportunities to contribute to businesses with their skills, providing a centralized project management structure to deliver on customer projects and value.

People with disabilities are more likely to be unemployed than non-disabled people. In Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development countries, the employment rate of people with disabilities (44%) is slightly over half that for people without disabilities (75%).
